Blue Islands - Business Advantage Terms & Conditions


Bookings

All flight bookings and changes to flight bookings are to be made on-line, and are the sole responsibility of the Business Advantage account holder. Bookings can be made to up one hour before departure.

Refunds and cancellations

From 15 September 2008, travel on Blue Islands is not refundable. Bookings made prior to this date are refundable.

Cancellations may only be made by calling reservations on 08456 20 21 22.

Changes

Travel on Blue Islands is changeable. Alterations to names, times and dates of travel are permitted up to one hour prior to departure. Changes can be made through www.blueislands.com or central reservations on 08456 20 21 22.  Blue Islands does not apply a charge for making alterations, however, where the same fare is not available are likely to incur a cost. 

Blue Islands reserves the right to arrange for a flight to be operated by an alternative carrier or aircraft.

Payment terms

Credit card
Travel is paid for as booked, and customers receive a monthly travel statement.

Check-in and no shows

The absolute minimum check-in times are listed on your booking confirmation and in our terms and conditions of carriage. If you arrive outside these times, you will be deemed as a no-show and denied boarding for the flight on which you are booked.

Frequent flyer scheme

The frequent flyer scheme applies on Guernsey-Jersey, Guernsey-Alderney, Guernsey/Jersey to the Isle of Man, and Guernsey-Southampton.

Minimum requirement - To earn complimentary travel, you will be required to spend a minimum of £5,000 per year on Blue Islands, which equates to 1-2 inter-island flights per week at current fares. Business Advantage accounts are valid for 12 months.
