GROUP TRAVEL TERMS & CONDITIONS

GROUP SIZES

A group is 10 or more passengers travelling together on the
same flight(s).

GROUP FARES

Quotes are provided specifically for the requested dates/
times of travel. We reserve the right to re-quote if either
of these dates change.

If a ticket is altered to a different flight(s) from the rest of
the group, the quoted rate will no longer apply and the fare
difference between the group rate and the lowest available
published fare will have to be paid. The remaining group
must still consist of 10 or more passengers. We reserve
the right to alter the quote if the number of passengers is
reduced considerably.

CHANGES

Changes are permitted to both the itinerary and names on a
group booking as follows:

• Flight/date change - 21 days prior to travel
• Name changes - 1 hour prior to travel, through website
  (free of charge).

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Travel on Blue Islands is non-refundable

A 50% fee applies to cancellations made between 6 weeks
and 3 weeks prior to departure

A 100% fee applies to cancellations made less than 3 weeks
prior to departure.

BOOKINGS ON HOLD

A group booking can be provisionally held without payment
until 6 weeks prior to departure. At 6 weeks from the date of
travel, the booking must be either paid for or cancelled.

For enquiries made within 6 weeks of the date of travel,
once confirmed, the booking must be paid for immediately.

PAYMENT

No deposit is required for securing a group booking with
Blue Islands. Payment terms are as follows:

• Bookings more than 6 weeks prior to travel - paid 6 weeks
  prior to travel
• Bookings less than 6 weeks prior to travel - paid same day
  as booking confirmation
• Full payment is to be made with one cheque or credit card.
  Individual cheques or card payments per passenger are not
  acceptable.

FREQUENT FLYER VOUCHERS

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with a group
quote, and are only accepted for use at our standard
published fares.

TRAVELLING TOGETHER

Passengers must all be travelling out and back on the same
flight, although it may be necessary to split large parties on
separate flights. The group fare still applies.

We would ask that only one or two client contacts
are designated to liaise with reservations.

SPORTING EQUIPMENT/BAGGAGE

Blue Islands offers a free allowance that includes hand
luggage, and does not charge for the carriage of excess
baggage (within reason). Please check with reservations if
you have specific items of sporting equipment that you
wish to carry.

CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE

Travel on Blue Islands is in accordance with our Terms and
Conditions of Carriage.
