Cabin Crew - GUERNSEY & JERSEY

Blue Islands is seeking to expand its cabin crew team in Guernsey and Jersey

Blue Islands is a privately and independently owned Channel Islands based regional airline, which became a Flybe franchise partner in 2016, operating flights in Flybe branded aircraft between the Channel Islands and to the UK. Blue Islands operates an all ATR fleet comprising of ATR 72 and ATR 42 aircraft and employs 100 people across its bases in Guernsey and Jersey.

Ensuring the safety of, and delivering outstanding customer service to Blue Islands’ customers is only part of what we are looking for from new recruits to our Cabin Crew team. Customer Care Agent - GUERNSEY or JERSEY

Blue Islands is seeking a Customer Care agent to join its Customer Care team based at its offices in either Guernsey Airport or Jersey Airport.

Part-time hours: Mon-Fri 09:00-15:00

This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone passionate about providing outstanding customer service, with the ability to work in fast paced environment.

We are also looking for you to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with a high degree of IT proficiency. With a ‘can-do’ attitude, you’ll take great pride in everything you do, thriving on being a frontline member of Customer Care team.

Operations Duty Officer - JERSEY

Blue Islands is seeking an Operations Duty Officer to join its Operations team based at Jersey Airport.

The Operations team is responsible for the co-ordination and monitoring of aircraft movements and crewing to ensure the safe and punctual operation of Blue Islands’ schedule.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment where accuracy and effective decision making is key. As a team player, you will need to work well under pressure and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, together with a high degree of IT proficiency.

The successful candidate will receive excellent and thorough training, competitive salary plus you will enjoy an industry leading worldwide staff travel benefits package for discounted travel to the UK and beyond plus a raft of other benefits.

While training will be provided, previous experience within the aviation industry is essential. Based at Jersey Airport, this is a full-time position with a varied and rostered shift pattern.
