Voucher requests

*Credit Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. The Voucher can be used when purchasing seat(s) on a Blue Islands flight through www.blueislands.com our Customer Care centre or for Group Travel bookings with our Group Travel team. It cannot be used when purchasing tickets through travel agents, online travel agents such as Expedia, at an airport or any other alternative sales channel. 
2. The Voucher is for the passenger named and is not for resale or transfer. Sale, auction or re-tendering of the Voucher for money or otherwise is prohibited. 
3. Multiple vouchers can be used per booking, the name to whom the Voucher is issued must be a passenger on the redemption booking(s). The named person can add additional passengers to the booking 
4. The Voucher can be used across more than one booking.
5. The Voucher is valid until the expiry date shown and is not renewable. 
6. If the value of the Voucher is less than the booking request, you will need to make payment for the balance required before the booking is confirmed. 
7. Any name or flight changes will be subject to the applicable fees at the time of booking and a fare difference may apply. 
8. The Voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
9. The booking will be charged at the fares published on www.blueislands.com at the time of booking. 
10. All bookings are subject to availability. 
11. Bookings through our Customer Care centre using Voucher redemption can be made Monday-Friday 0900-1730. There may be a delay between submitting your request and the booking being made, therefore fares and availability may change so we would encourage you to use your voucher online to ensure you receive the best fare available.
12. Blue Islands reserves the right to change the Voucher terms and conditions at any time.
