We want to everyone to have an enjoyable and comfortable flight. Whether it’s reduced mobility, visual impairment or whatever your needs, if you need assistance of any kind please let us know. 

We pass the information you provide to our airport representatives to ensure you they provide the assistance you require.

We ask that you tell us at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure, however we recommend that you inform us at the time of booking.
