The prizes are supplied by the promoter Blue Islands, Blue Islands Hangar, Le Bourg, Forest, Guernsey, GY8 0AN

Winner chosen at random. The decision of Blue Islands regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Prizes are non-exchangeable, non transferable and no cash alternative is offered

Some prizes will require a minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for bookings. The validity of prizes varies and will be advised to the winner.

Prizes are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

All bookings for prizes subject to availability. The prize is for up to 4 return seats on services operated by Blue Islands from Guernsey to Southampton plus Paultons Park day pass. The winner is responsible for accommodation, transfers, food and beverage, insurance and any other costs incurred. 

Outbound travel to Southampton must be flown by 01 December 2022.

In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, prize winner tickets are exempt from Flight Compensation Regulation EU261/04 (article 3.3)

There is no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary,  however, eligible entrants require a valid Facebook account to enter.

The prize draw is open to all Guernsey residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

Blue Islands reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
