Frequently asked questions

Both our fare options, Blue Fly and Blue Plus, include 23kg of hold luggage as standard, customers choosing our Blue Plus fares benefit from an allowance of 2 x 23kg items of hold luggage. 

If you have a Blue Fly fare you can add an extra 23kg of hold luggage for £20, additional hold luggage can be added to your booking using Manage My Booking. 

Each passenger may carry one item of cabin baggage (maximum dimensions 55 x 36 x 20cm) plus a handbag or laptop, the combined weight must not exceed 10kg. 

If you have chosen a Blue Plus fare there are no change fees when changing your flight, a fare difference may apply. 

If you have chosen a Blue Fly fare, there is a £25 per person per one way flight fee to change the flight and a fare difference may apply.  

Changes to your flight can be made through Manage My Booking. 

You can change a passenger name in a booking, there is a simple £40 fee per name to change. Our name change fee is not per one way flight, nor will you have to pay a fare difference.
