Occasionally when there is adverse weather conditions forecast and there is the potential for disruption to some services we may offer customers with flights during the affected period the opportunity to amend travel plans and change the flight(s) in your booking without charge.
While we will plan to operate your flight, customers will be able to re-book on an alternative flight (on a first-come, first served basis) up to 7 days from your original travel date– no change fee or fare difference is payable.
The easiest way to re-book is via Manage my Booking:
Already checked-in?
To enable you to re-book we have un-checked you, if you are not changing flight you will need to re-check-in, either online or at the airport.
Codeshare flights
The re-book option will only be available on flights operated by Blue Islands; you will be unable to make changes to flights you may have in your booking that are operated by our codeshare partners.
As your flight is due to operate refunds are not possible - unless it is cancelled.
