- The three prizes are supplied by the promoter Blue Islands, Blue Islands Hangar, Le Bourg, Forest, Guernsey, GY8 0AN.
- The prize draw is open to Jersey & Guernsey residents aged 18 years or over only, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prizes.
- All winners chosen at random.
- Flights are subject to availability.
- The prize includes return flights from Jersey or Guernsey to Southampton for two people plus two tickets for the Southampton FC vs Watford match - Saturday 13 April, Kick off 15:00. Prize does not include accommodation and onward transport, ground transport, food or insurance.
- The decision of Blue Islands regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Prizes are non-exchangeable, non transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- Prizes cannot to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- All normal terms and conditions apply as per the Blue Islands General Conditions of Carriage
- In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, not alternative will be offered, and prize winner tickets are exempt from Flight Compensation Regulation UK261/EU261/04 (article 3.3)
- There is no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
- Blue Islands reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
