A member of the Blue Islands cabin crew team was recently nominated a finalist in the jersey customer service awards. Jennie O'connor Fitzgerald, who has been a member of the cabin crew team for nearly three years, reached the final in the travel and hospitality category of the awards.

The Customer Service Awards in Guernsey and Jersey celebrate excellence, best practice and innovation in customer service. The organisers were inundated with nominations this year, which totalled well over 8,000 - doubling last year's numbers.
